You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g. pet food, treats, supplements)
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. grooming tools, bedding) once opened
- Digital downloads or gift cards

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
6. Exchanges

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Consumer Rights (UK)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving goods (cooling-off period) and return items within a further 14 days. This applies to most online purchases.
